It was my first time getting a dermatology procedure so I was nervous, but the doctor calmly and thoroughly explained the differences between procedures, the process, and exactly what my face needed, so I felt at ease. I appreciated that they recommended only the necessary treatments without upselling, and they were very considerate about pain concerns, performing everything carefully. The staff and nurses were all kind, and they gave detailed aftercare instructions, so overall I was very satisfied. I’ll come again 😄
