I was a little nervous because it was my first visit to this dermatology clinic, but everyone—from the counseling manager and staff to the director—was so kind that I was able to receive treatment comfortably. I also liked the clinic’s overall warm and welcoming atmosphere. They provided a thorough consultation before the procedure and carefully explained the aftercare instructions, which made me feel even more confident. I truly appreciated how attentively they took care of me, even though it was my first visit, and I left feeling great after the procedure. I’d like to keep coming back whenever I need skin care.
