I came in to cover my ash-colored dye, which had lightened so quickly. From the consultation, you explained everything in detail, including whether and when I was planning to brighten my tone in the future, and how choosing the darkest ash shade could look almost black but might fade quickly. I really appreciated that, and immediately felt I could trust you. You work incredibly quickly while still being so meticulous, so you absolutely have to get your color done by Designer Gaeul. Even just looking at the before-and-after photos, the results are amazing. What’s especially surprising is that my hair didn’t get damaged at all—instead, it feels even healthier and smoother. It’s already been a week since my visit, but my hair still feels so soft every time I wash it ㅠㅠㅠ I definitely want to come back!
