The doctor explained everything so thoroughly that I was able to understand it well even though it was my first time receiving the treatment👍🏻 All the staff who assisted me were incredibly kind, so I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They also applied the numbing cream very carefully, so the pain was much less than I had expected!
