I had the SERF procedure today and I’m really satisfied. I was a bit nervous at first, but the doctor gave a direct consultation and kindly explained everything step by step before the procedure, so I felt reassured. That helped me relax a lot and I was able to have the treatment in a comfortable atmosphere. They even gave me a bonus procedure when I mentioned I came from far away, which I really appreciated—such an unexpected kindness moved me. When asked if I had come all the way here for the procedure, I said no, but actually I did come to get it… The staff were all kind, and I felt they paid attention to every detail, so I left feeling good. I’m looking forward to the results and this is a place I’d trust and visit again. Thank you. 😊 It was my first procedure and it left me with a great memory!!
