My hair was in terrible condition, so I booked an emergency appointment—and I immediately understood why this clinic is so well-known. The consultation was thorough and tailored to my hair’s condition, which made me trust them. During the treatment they were attentive and used plenty of product. Afterward my hair felt incredibly soft and shiny—I was genuinely surprised. My damaged hair used to tangle whenever I brushed it, but it’s much smoother and clearly well cared for now. The staff were friendly and the salon was clean, so I left feeling refreshed. I’ll be coming here for my future treatments.
