The stylist did such a beautiful job on my eyes—I’m so happy! I recommend the black tinting C-curl perm; it’s bold enough that I can skip mascara. Even after washing my face it still looks great. They paid attention to the inner corners so my lashes are nicely lifted. I’ll definitely return :)
