The director, the manager who consulted with me, and all the staff were incredibly kind—they really understood my concerns and made me feel so welcome. Because of overall sagging and loss of elasticity, I had both CoolSonic and CoolPhase treatments (neither hurt at all), and our director even knew I was worried about my thin lips and did lip filler too.
