I recently decided to try CoolSonic and switch dermatologists, so I booked a visit. From parking directions to the consultation room, the staff were all very kind. I had a one-on-one consultation with Director Jihoon—he clearly explained the procedure, checked my skin, and went over aftercare, which made me trust him. During the treatment the doctor checked in and explained things along the way, so I felt comfortable. The aftercare was great, and I left feeling healed and refreshed!
