I booked at K Dermatology for Ulthera and chose IV sedation. Unlike other clinics, there’s no moving between rooms—the private room handles everything from cleansing to the procedure and aftercare, which I loved. The anesthesiology director is on-site, so I felt very reassured and relaxed. They watched me closely during sedation, so the procedure finished without pain. Because I was fasting, they kindly brought me a warm tea afterward, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s still immediately after the treatment so I can’t judge long-term results yet, but I felt great about every aspect of K Dermatology. Thank you!
