I didn't have a lot of consultations, but since there was only one surgeon, there was no risk of someone else operating, and he was incredibly thorough. I hadn't really considered functional aspects beyond aesthetics, but he pointed out each issue clearly, so I decided I definitely need a functional rhinoplasty too. As long as it's not overdone, when the surgeon cares this much about symmetry and addresses it thoroughly from the consultation onward, the results can only be great.
