I had silicone-free rhinoplasty today :) They used septal and ear cartilage. From the start, the doctor examined my nose very carefully and explained everything in detail, which made me trust him. I was really nervous at first, but during the consultation he clearly explained how the surgery would proceed, which put me at ease. I liked that the design considered my facial features and overall harmony. After the surgery he checked my condition and explained everything step by step, and he even said I’d look forward to the day the swelling goes down and the splint comes off—so I’m really excited too, haha. I wanted a natural result without implants, and using septal and ear cartilage made me even more satisfied and reassured. The staff were also consistently kind and attentive, which eased my nerves on the day of surgery, and overall I had a comfortable experience.
