The clinic was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and proactively helpful, patiently explaining everything. The director personally conducted a one-on-one consultation and gave very practical advice—no hard sell, truly focused on what’s best and needed. I was very pleased with Mr. Kim, the Chinese translator, who assisted the whole time with clear, detailed translation. I’ll come back next time. The doctor’s technique was excellent—the injections were far less painful than I expected, and the ultrasound treatment didn’t hurt.
