First time getting cosmetic treatment and I was a bit nervous, but the director and all the staff were very kind and professional, which put me at ease. There was also staff on-site who spoke Chinese to help with translation, so communication was seamless. They continually checked during the procedure to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable. Overall it was a very comfortable, reassuring experience—an excellent first time with medical aesthetics!
