Mason doesn’t feel like a factory-style clinic—every treatment room is a private, single room, so it really feels like you’ve walked into an upscale aesthetic shop. 🥹 Each room has a Dyson for tidying your hair after the procedure, and the hand wash and cream are Bvlgari. The staff do the cleansing before the treatment, and you can tell they pay attention to every little detail—they’re very considerate. :) Best of all, after the manager’s consultation the director also meets with you, and they only recommend the treatments you actually need; if something’s unnecessary they’ll even advise against it. Haha. I was nervous for my first Thermage, but they moved the device around to keep the pain appropriate, and unlike many places that stop at numbing cream, they gave me a numbing injection too. Because I was in a lot of pain they gave me an extra dose midway. ㅜㅜ I’m bringing my mom and sister next month for consultations. I’m so glad I found a place to stick with. 💕
