I’d always been self-conscious about my dorsal hump and wanted it removed, so I went to April31 Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kim Chan-woo recommended osteotomy plus tip elevation, so I had both done! ☺️ I insisted I wanted the most natural result possible, and he kept it natural—exactly what I wanted. I’m very satisfied!
