1. Overview

These Booking Terms govern your purchase of clinic (medical aesthetic) and beauty shop services through iipuda. By confirming a booking or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

iipuda acts as a booking platform connecting you with independent beauty shops and partner clinics in Korea. The service is performed by the shop or clinic, not by iipuda. Unless otherwise specified, these Terms apply equally to beauty shop bookings and clinic bookings.

For the purposes of these Terms, "business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the Republic of Korea.

2. What You're Booking

• All services are sold as single-use vouchers (one session per purchase).

• Each voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

• After purchase, message the shop through iipuda to schedule your visit date and time.

• Unused vouchers are subject to the refund terms in Section 6.

3. Pricing & Fees

• The listed price includes the service amount and a service fee.

• The service fee is 4.5% of the service amount.

• Except as otherwise specified in Section 6, the service fee is fully refundable upon cancellation.

• The service fee covers platform services including booking assistance and customer support.

• Prices are set in KRW and converted to your selected currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment. The final charge may differ slightly from the displayed amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Additional Charges

• The price shown on iipuda is a starting price.

• Additional charges may apply at the shop or clinic depending on factors such as treatment scope, product tier, or options selected on-site.

• Any additional charges are paid directly to the shop or clinic at the time of your visit.

• iipuda is not responsible for additional charges set by the shop or clinic.

5. Payment

• Payment is processed at the time of booking through iipuda's payment system.

• You will be charged the full amount shown on the Confirm & Pay screen.

• All payments are processed in KRW. Your bank may apply additional foreign transaction fees.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Booking an Appointment

• You may request a cancellation at any time before scheduling your visit, within the 90-day validity period.

• The full payment amount will be refunded, excluding the payment processor's per-transaction fee.

After Booking, 7 or More Business Days Before Your Visit

• Cancel at least 7 business days before your scheduled visit for a full refund of the payment amount, excluding the payment processor's per-transaction fee.

Within 7 Business Days of Your Visit

• No cancellations or refunds are available within 7 business days of your scheduled visit.

• This does not override the 24-hour cooling-off period described below.

No-Show

• If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your voucher will be immediately forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Cooling-Off Period

• Full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of booking status.

7. Validity Period

• All beauty shop vouchers and clinic packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

• You must complete your visit within the validity period.

• Expired vouchers are non-refundable.

• If a shop closes or terminates its agreement with iipuda during your voucher's validity period, iipuda will process a full refund of the payment amount.

8. iipuda Booking Protection

When you book through iipuda, your booking includes:

• Easy cancellation — Cancel at least 7 business days before your visit for a full refund.

• English chat support — Communicate with the shop or clinic in English through iipuda's auto-translated messaging.

• iipuda-backed issue resolution — If something goes wrong, iipuda mediates between you and the shop or clinic.

ℹ️ Note: On-site language support availability may vary by service type. Pre-visit communication via chat is available in English.

9. Disputes & Support

• If you experience an issue with a service booked through iipuda, contact us through one of the following channels:

  • Email: cs@iipuda.com

  • In-app chat: Available through the iipuda app

• We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, and no later than 7 business days from receipt. Complex cases may require additional time to resolve.

• iipuda will review disputes and mediate between you and the shop or clinic.

• Dispute resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Promotional Offers

• Certain services may be offered at promotional prices through limited-time campaigns. Promotional bookings are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase.

• Bookings made through affiliate partners or curator programs are subject to separate Affiliate/Curator Terms, which will be presented at the point of purchase.

11. Amendments

• iipuda reserves the right to update these Booking Terms.

• Material changes will be communicated through the app at least 30 days in advance, in accordance with applicable Korean consumer protection laws.

• Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Contact

• These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
