3. How many doctors are there? → There are two board-certified dermatologists, each with over 18 years of clinical experience.
4. What are the clinic hours?
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Lunch: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM (No lunch break)
Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
5. Are the directors dermatologists? → Yes, both are our Chief Directors and board-certified dermatologists.
6. Will I have a personal consultation with the doctor? → Absolutely. We believe in honest, personalized care. Your visit begins with a 1:1 consultation with one of our Chief Directors. Based on a professional skin analysis, you will receive your bespoke treatment in a comfortable private room, where every step is personally handled by the Chief Director.
7. Is there any downtime? → Our programs are designed for minimal downtime. You can return to your travel plans and apply makeup right after your visit.
Refund & cancellation policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled appointment: 100% of the payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled appointment: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment or no-shows: The payment is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Certain promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable; please check the refund conditions at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after the service if it complies with the agreed treatment or service plan.
